Solink Referral Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The Program is open only to active Solink customers in good standing.

   • Solink employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process:

   • Referrals must be made through the official Solink referral process.

   • The referred party must be a new Solink customer.

   • Solink reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred customer.

3. Reward:

   • The reward is equal to the value of the referred customer's initial purchase of Solink services (first site(s) only), up to a maximum of $1000.

   • The reward will be issued as a cheque to the business that made the referral or donated to a registered (Canada or US) charity of the business that made the referral's choice. 

   • Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and withholding.

4. Program Modification and Termination:

   • Solink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

   • In the event of termination, Solink will honor any pending rewards for qualified referrals made prior to the termination date.

   • Solink's liability under this Program is limited to the value of the reward.

   • Solink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

5. Governing Law and Disputes:

   • The Program is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada

   • Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration.

6. Miscellaneous:

   • The Program is void where prohibited by law.

   • By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

   • Solink's decisions regarding the Program are final and binding.
