How it works:

1. Refer someone in your network to Solink by filling the form on this page.
2. Once your referral signs up and all of their sites are installed, your business will receive a reward equal to the value of those sites, up to a maximum of $1000.
3. You can choose to receive your reward as a cheque or donate it to a charity of your choice.

### Submit your Referral:

**Solink Referral Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions**

1. **Eligibility:** 
     - The Program is open only to active Solink customers in good standing.
     - Solink employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. **Referral Process:** 
     - Referrals must be made through the official Solink referral process.
     - The referred party must be a new Solink customer.
     - Solink reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred customer.
3. **Reward:** 
     - The reward is equal to the value of the referred customer's initial purchase of Solink services (first site(s) only), up to a maximum of $1000.
     - The reward will be issued as a cheque to the business that made the referral or donated to a registered (Canada or US) charity of the business that made the referral's choice. 
     - Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and withholding.
4. **Program Modification and Termination:** 
     - Solink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.
     - In the event of termination, Solink will honor any pending rewards for qualified referrals made prior to the termination date.
     - Solink's liability under this Program is limited to the value of the reward.
     - Solink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
5. **Governing Law and Disputes:** 
     - The Program is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
     - Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration.
6. **Miscellaneous:** 
     - The Program is void where prohibited by law.
     - By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
     - Solink's decisions regarding the Program are final and binding.
